How the Journal Works.
A brief account of the principles, processes, and people that shape every piece published here.
A Publication Built on Editorial Discipline
Granelis Journal operates under the following editorial principles: articles are reviewed by at least one second editor before publication, sources are cited where appropriate, corrections are noted publicly, and writers disclose any commercial relationships that could influence their selection of subject matter.
Articles published on Granelis Journal are editorial in nature and reflect the writers' observations on everyday wellness practices. The content is not intended as professional advice, nor as guidance for the management of any specific condition. Readers with specific concerns about their daily routines are encouraged to speak with a qualified wellness professional.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any new habit or routine to your daily life, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
-
1
Source Transparency
Every factual claim references a published source. We link to primary research, institutional reports, or qualified commentary.
-
2
Dual-Editor Review
No article reaches publication with a single set of eyes. The second reviewer checks factual accuracy, tone consistency, and stop-word compliance.
-
3
Disclosure of Interest
Writers declare any sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or product gifts at the foot of any article where they are relevant.
-
4
Corrections Policy
Factual errors are corrected promptly and noted within the article with a dated correction notice.
From Idea to Publication: Six Considered Steps
Topic Identification
Editors track ongoing conversations in fitness, grooming, nutrition, and personal growth. Topics are selected on the basis of reader relevance and editorial timeliness, not search volume alone.
Research & Source Gathering
Writers consult published nutritional research, qualified commentary, and documented case observations. Anecdote may appear in copy, but never as the sole basis for a claim.
First Draft
The assigned writer produces a first draft following the Journal's tone guide — quiet, considered, and precise. Vocabulary is checked against our editorial register before submission.
Editorial Review
A second editor reviews the draft for accuracy, structural coherence, and alignment with the Journal's editorial values. Comments are returned to the writer with revision notes.
Final Approval
The lead editor gives final approval. Any remaining questions about sourcing, language, or disclosure are resolved before the file is passed to production.
Publication & Monitoring
Articles go live with a publication date. Reader feedback is monitored and reviewed. Factual corrections are applied with a visible dated note appended to the original.
What Qualifies as a Source
Granelis Journal does not operate a formal research department. What it does is apply a consistent sourcing hierarchy to distinguish strong evidence from weak inference.
Peer-reviewed published research
Systematic reviews, randomised controlled studies, and meta-analyses published in indexed journals. These form the backbone of any claim about nutrition, fitness physiology, or wellness outcomes.
Institutional guidance & qualified commentary
Guidance from nutrition and public-health bodies, as well as commentary from qualified wellness professionals. Used to contextualise Tier 1 findings for a general readership.
First-person accounts & observational writing
Personal practice notes, field observations, and editorial reflection. Always labelled as such. Never presented as evidence for a claim.

Editorial & Commercial Separation
Granelis Journal is an independent editorial publication focused on everyday wellness practices. The publication is not affiliated with any commercial, governmental, or institutional body.
Where the Journal carries sponsored content or affiliate links, these are marked with a visible disclosure label. Sponsored content does not influence editorial coverage of the same topics.
Advertising relationships are managed separately from the editorial team. No advertiser has the right to review, approve, or request changes to editorial copy prior to publication.
How We Handle Errors
If you identify an error in a Granelis Journal article — a misquoted figure, an incorrectly attributed source, or a factual statement that has since been revised by the originating body — please contact us at [email protected].
All correction requests are reviewed by the lead editor within five working days. If a correction is warranted, the relevant passage is updated and a correction notice — including the original text, the revised text, and the date of amendment — is appended to the article.
Articles are not silently altered. Every change to published content is logged and visible to readers.
